The main portion of this update involves a preliminary update to the main dashboard page, and an update to the member lists within the site.

Major Feature:

  • Member rosters have been updated to a new format built to increase usability
    • On list filtering by many different and combination options.
    • Export spread sheets based on the current list filtering.
    • Batch actions for selected or all members on the group roster.
  • Email Subscription management page got a make over
    • You can now also subscribe to your personal calendar feeds from this page
      • A feed holds all public church events
      • One holds all your events (public and private) for the church and groups you are in
      • There are also feeds for each individual group

Minor Features:

  • Member Exporting now includes a family export feature.
  • Able to print our all the user accounts with their access levels.
  • Upgraded our image manger to better handle images (and on-server image resizing/cropping)
  • Selecting a group now takes you to the group dashboard page.

Other Fixes:

  • Lost Password functions on login page now correctly generates emails to users with their new email addresses.
  • Member Anniversary and Birthday setting have been fixed to  work as expected (able to set Month, Day, and Year independently).
  • Member Relationship Status now correctly sets when spouses are added and removed (back to ‘single’)
  • Member Exporting to Excel now includes both home and mobile numbers
  • Updated jQuery UI to the most up to date version 1.8 (This fixes issues with safari and chrome not displaying multiple select menus correctly)
    • This affects both the leadership site, along with the public websites
  • Updated the text editor to fix some minor glitches
  • Fixed a bug in the access system that continued to grant access to sections after it was removed.
